Drivers submit a daily delivery report with supporting documents. Their admin reviews it, a super admin gives final approval, and every step is written to an audit log. Roles and permissions are enforced in the database itself, not just in the interface.

- Arabic-first, right-to-left web app for employees, admins and super admins
- Report workflow: draft, review, approval, rejection and resubmission
- Secure document uploads with short-lived signed links
- User management, password resets and email notifications
- Full audit trail of every status change
